Manually Creating A Member Account

1. Get the following information from the tech:

• • Comfort sensor location
  • Filter sensor location
  • Water sensor location
  • Water sensor related to AC Yes or No?
  • Water riser installed Yes or No?
  • Walk them through manually pairing the additional water sensor if any (all Goettls should have additional)
  • Verify data received for any extra manually paired sensors & get sensor location name
  • Member's name
  • Member's full address
  • Member's ph#
  • Member's email
  • Filter size
  • Last date of filter change
  • Technician's name and company

2.  Confirm this is the only Hub, if not we'll need to confirm Hub/sensor data on the 2nd one & the sensor location details for this Hub as well

3.  Have technician text or email the outside condenser nameplate photo

4.  Tell the technician once we get it built we will send him the confirmation

5.  Get all this information to Jin and he will manually build the profile

6.  Once Jin tells you it's complete tap the Send Welcome Email in the member's profile in the NOC
